Meet Wendy Hill
The Children’s Ministry at New Beginnings Church is dedicated to helping children grow in their faith and learn the truth of God’s Word in a loving, Christ-centered environment. Our program includes age-appropriate Sunday classes for toddlers and school-age children, as well as a Wednesday evening Bible study for elementary students.
Throughout the year, children also participate in special events such as KidsCamp at Falls Creek, Vacation Bible School, and musical presentations. Our goal is to provide a welcoming place where children and families can experience the love of Jesus while building a strong foundation of faith.

More About Wendy
My family joined New Beginnings Church in October 2014 after moving to Oklahoma in 2007. After years of searching for a church home, we found a welcoming community grounded in faith, family, and genuine connection. These values have always been central to my life, built on a strong foundation of faith passed down by my parents.
When we joined New Beginnings, we had recently taken guardianship of our two grandsons, whom we have now adopted, and felt called to raise them in a Christ-centered church environment. I began serving in the Children’s Department by assisting with Vacation Bible School and Children’s Church. Through prayer and service, I felt God leading me into children’s ministry, and I have now served as Children’s Ministry Leader for over eight years.
During this time, our children have participated in KidsCamp at Falls Creek, Vacation Bible School, and special musical and stage productions that I have helped co-write and co-direct.
I am passionate about continuing to grow the Children’s Ministry at New Beginnings and providing a loving, welcoming environment where children and families can experience the love of Jesus and the truth of God’s Word.
